Everything you need to know before booking

After a short kickoff call, we match you with someone from our European network based on your industry, your team's profile, and what you want to get out of the session. You receive a proposal with trainer profiles and our recommendation. You choose who you want.

The Spark works best with 4 to 12 people. The Shift with 6 to 15. The Shape and Transformation with up to 20. If your team is larger, get in touch and we will work out the right format together.

We recommend two to three weeks to allow for proper matching and preparation. For full-day or bespoke sessions, four weeks is ideal. If you have an urgent need, reach out and we will see what we can do.

That is most of our work. Data scientists, engineers, and AI teams are often strong on content and weaker on delivery. Our trainers know how to work with people who are not natural performers and who are sceptical of 'soft skills' training. The sessions are practical, not theatrical.

Yes. We do not deliver off-the-shelf content. Every session is briefed around your team's specific context: presenting data to a non-technical audience, pitching to investors, running all-hands meetings, onboarding presentations, or anything else. The trainer prepares accordingly.

Yes. Our trainer network covers English, French, German, and several other European languages. Tell us your preference in the brief and we will match you accordingly.

We go back and find someone better. Our job is to get the match right, not to defend the first suggestion. If the proposal does not feel right after the kickoff call, we work until it is.

Across Europe, at your offices or at a location of your choice. We also deliver remotely for distributed teams. Most of our clients are based in Germany, France, and the Netherlands, but we work wherever the brief takes us.
