We started Scandale because we kept seeing the same thing

Brilliant people, doing important work, losing the room. Not because their ideas were weak. Because nobody had ever taught them how to share them.That is still why we exist.

She spent ten years as a project manager inside some of Europe's biggest companies. In that time she organised over a hundred communication workshops, matched professionals with trainers, and watched what happened when the right person stood in front of the right room.

What she saw was consistent. The people who grew, who got promoted, who attracted opportunities, were rarely the most technically brilliant. They were the ones who could make others understand and care about what they knew.

That is what Scandale is built on. And on ten years of relationships with some of the best communication trainers in Europe.

Andrea leads business development, corporate client relationships, and operations for Scandale in Berlin. She builds the pipeline that connects companies to the right workshops and trainers, and manages the partnerships and events that shape how Scandale grows across Europe.

Anna Dmitrieva

Account Manager, Scandale

Anna comes from an art direction background, which means she thinks about communication visually as well as verbally.

At Scandale she manages client and partner relationships, keeping projects aligned from first brief to final session. She has worked with startups and large corporations across multiple industries, and brings that range to every collaboration.

Where Our Journey Started

Gozy began with a simple idea – driving lessons should feel modern, supportive, and confidence-building. After seeing learners struggle with outdated methods, we set out to create training that adapts to each student and feels clear from the start.

Gozy was built to fix what traditional schools miss: generic teaching, limited flexibility, and little focus on confidence. With expert instructors and modern tools, we’ve created a smoother learning experience that helps drivers feel ready for the road.
